Borna Baradaran-Noveiri, BEng
Master's Student
I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University in 2024, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework in operations research, systems simulation, and data management. My capstone project with Nova Scotia Health focused on optimizing patient transfers in long-term care facilities, achieving notable reductions in wait times through algorithmic resource allocation. In my professional roles, I’ve contributed to efficiency improvements in diverse industries, gaining experience in data visualization, process optimization, and collaborative problem-solving. I’m excited to bring my engineering background to the H-COAL team, applying innovative approaches to enhance stroke treatment accessibility.
